Brisbane Rental Co charges a flat 7% + GST of the rent we collect. There are no setup fees, no monthly admin or statement fees, and a letting fee applies only when we sign a new tenant. The fee is the same for every property and every owner, published upfront.
What areas do you manage?
We manage long-term rentals across Greater Brisbane, including the inner suburbs, Moreton Bay, Logan, Ipswich and Redlands. If your investment property sits inside Greater Brisbane, we can manage it.
Can I switch from my current property manager?
Yes. Most management agreements run month to month with around 30 days notice, so you can change managers at any time. We handle the full handover, including files, keys, the bond and introducing ourselves to your tenant, so the move takes very little of your time.
Do you only manage long-term rentals?
Yes. We manage residential properties on standard long-term leases only. We do not run a sales team and we do not do short-stay or Airbnb. Long-term rental management is the entire business, so it gets our full attention.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Our management agreement is month to month with no lock-in. We would rather earn the renewal by doing the work well than hold you to a long contract.
